StoneCrest is committed to safeguarding the use of personal information of our Clients (also referred to as “you” and “your”) that we obtain as your Investment Advisor, as described in our Privacy Policy.  

StoneCrest does not collect personal non-public information through this website; however, the Advisor may collect information from you on application forms, agreements, profile or investment policy statements, and other documents received or processed in relation to services we provide. We also may collect information from other sources.

We do not respond to "do not track" requests because we do not track you over time or across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. We may track you across our website to help us improve our content.

Email Disclosures

StoneCrest often communicates with its clients and prospective clients through electronic mail (“email”) and other electronic means. Your privacy and security are very important to us. StoneCrest makes every effort to ensure that email communications do not contain sensitive information. We remind our clients and others not to send StoneCrest private information over email. If you have sensitive data to deliver, we can provide secure means for such delivery.

Please note: StoneCrest does not accept trading or money movement instructions via email.

As a registered investment advisor, StoneCrest emails may be subject to inspection by the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of StoneCrest or the securities regulators. If you have received an email from StoneCrest in error, we ask that you contact the sender and destroy the email and its contents. SmartAsset Disclosure

SmartAsset ('Solicitor') and StoneCrest Wealth Management (StoneCrest'), a Registered Investment Advisor, have entered into an agreement pursuant to which Solicitor has agreed to consider prospective clients for whom the investment advisory services of StoneCrest would be suitable. Solicitor is not authorized to provide investment advice to any client with respect to the advisory services referred to and offered by StoneCrest and may not provide investment advice on behalf of StoneCrest with respect to the advisory services provided by StoneCrest. Solicitor is not an agent of StoneCrest. StoneCrest has compensated Solicitor for these activities by paying to Solicitor a referral fee ('Referral Fee') based on the prospective client’s investable assets (as disclosed to Solicitor) for each client referral. StoneCrest will not charge a client referred by Solicitor any amount for the cost of obtaining the client that is in addition to the fee normally charged by StoneCrest for investment advisory services. Under the client's investment advisory relationship with StoneCrest, all fees and other payments should be made payable to StoneCrest.
