Brian has been helping clients work towards achieving their personal financial goals since 2013.  He spent five years as a financial advisor with Edward Jones, where he consistently received top Client Experience Indicator scores with his clients. Brian made the move in January of 2018 to become part of the StoneCrest Wealth Management team with managing principal, Casey Mahan.

Brian is a registered representative holding multiple securities registrations (Series 7, Series 66), AIF® designation, CFP® professional, as well as being a licensed agent for life, health, disability, long term care, and annuities. Brian has in depth knowledge and extensive experience in employee benefit programs, helping to assist business owners with succession planning and proper set up and utilization of qualified retirement plans. As a Fiduciary for the high net worth client, Brian encompasses strategic wealth management principles integrated with comprehensive tax* and estate planning strategies*, helping clients plan for the reality of reaching and living a successful retirement.

Brian holds a bachelor degree in Business Communications from Arizona State University. He is a 12-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, enlisting two months prior to the tragedy of 9/11 in 2001. He spent 4 years as an enlisted electrical environmentalist on the F-16 before earning his commission and becoming an Officer and pilot. Brian’s last active duty tour was a five-year stint as the Officer in Charge of Financial Operations for the second largest counterdrug program in the nation.

Brian was a collegiate baseball player and is an avid golfer. Brian still enjoys competing, however, these days you will most likely see him coaching his three wonderful kids as they follow in their dad’s athletic footsteps playing baseball, lacrosse, soccer, and golf.
